I have read the description of the property I am requesting information for and am aware of the rental prices and requirements.

    I understand that the rental agreement forbids subrenting (like but not limited to AirBNB) to anyone not listed in the lease. This is a rule imposed by the building bylaws. Any deviation will be grounds for immediate lease termination without appeal.

    I understand that the rental agreement forbids smoking of any kind (even medicinal) as well as any animals in the property. Any deviation will be grounds for immediate lease termination without appeal.

    I understand that the rental the building for this unit has strict rules regarding the common areas and the co-property. I understand that the renter will be solely responsible for any fines and that no negotiations will be possible.

    I understand that the renter may run credit/background checks in order to consider my application.
